Do NOT READ if you HAVENT READ BOOK 7 YET!!

Woke up bright and early saturday morning and took my place in line at the last ever HP book release.   The family before me were German tourists and they were chattering away in that same sort of breathless excitement that accompanies something long-awaited.  Their "kids" were in their late teens, taking photos of each other beside the HP poster on the shop door.

I got my pre-ordered copy and walked home, called Daz to tell him I had my book, made some strawberry tea and sat in the backyard with the birds and read.  I started reading around 9am and finished the book at 5pm, with an hour-long break for lunch and some playtime with the pets in between.

It was a heart-churning thing whenever they would lose someone and there were more than a few times when I actually teared up.  (Hedwig, Dobby, Fred... etc) and Snape!  I knew it!   I've been re-reading my favorite parts all day today and I think this one may triple tie with PoA and GoF for my favorite books in the series.
