Inchoate adj. or adv. referring to something which has begun but has not been completed, either an activity or some object which is incomplete or a decision or idea which has been only partially considered
I could write something cheesy about how I think my life is inchoate and how the sub-title for this blog was inspired by a little-known Rilke poem, but I won't :) Too lazy to write something halfway decent.
Donc, I'll just jot down a few things that might give you an idea of the girl behind the blog.
Mik was born in Bacolod City(Philippines), has lived in cities all her life, until now. She is finding the transition from an apartment-right-smack-in-the-middle-of-Makati to flat-in-the-middle-of-nowhere Australia a bit difficult. She gets by with a little help from her indulgent husband, her two six adorable cinnamon pearl cockatiels, 1 gray cockatiel and 1 lutino pearl and an occassional fostered wild bird --currently a white-breasted woodswallow named Tiny.
She loves books and trawling the net for interesting stuff. She also loves to travel and learn languages. She finds people who stereotype very amusing --and there are a lot of them in country WA. She loves a good snark-fest, loves experimenting in the kitchen, hates washing the dishes and cleaning the bathroom.
